Blaxland Supa IGA is a 100% online service. For all questions, queries, and feedback please direct these to the Online Shopping Team via email to hello@blaxlandsupaiga.com.au Please note for delivered items the driver cannot replace any items. If you receive a Fresh Item that is not up to your expectations  we will issue you with a 100% credit in the form of a voucher for use on your next online order. Email us at  hello@blaxlandsupaiga.com.au with details of the item, your reason for requesting a replacement, include a photo if possible and your online order number from your delivery . Please keep the goods until we confirm your credit voucher as we may need to arrange for a pick up of the item. This will be arranged with you.

Damaged or Missing Items - Please contact hello@blaxlandsupaiga.com.au with your online order number, and if possible a photo of any damaged items so that we can further assist you.

Change of Mind Refunds are not available at this time.

Supamart Online does not allow rainchecks.
